To recover the gold from the robbery sunk in a lake in the Teton Range, he manipulated his accomplices like puppets, and then eliminated them! But one of them, before giving up his soul to the devil, manages to name the big boss. The unsuspecting man, now unmasked, kicks the bucket after recklessly aiming a derringer at Tex! Some time later, in Montana, while the Cheyenne chief Appanoosa is about to sign a peace treaty with the government, a rifle shot ruins everything. Carson manages to grab Formica Nera, son of the sakem, and Tex asks for seven days to avoid the outbreak of an Indian war.
