New Atlantis

Attached volume: The Dictionary of Mysteries - Extraterrestrials & UFOs (edited by Alfredo Castelli) New Atlantis, the utopian city described by Francis Bacon, and Vilcabamba, the legendary center of Peru searched in vain by archaeologists, are, in reality, the same place, namely the mysterious city of Ilcaban. William Shakespeare, in his time, had the opportunity to discover it and was inspired by it to write "The Tempest".
