Elsewhere is a fictional secret U.S. government base , belonging to the narrative universe of the Martin Mystère. The base has the purpose of secretly studying phenomena that are unusual or apparently impossible for official science and archaeology, including paranormal phenomena , magical powers , lost technologies, beings from other dimensions , anachronistic artifacts , etc.
