Ombre notturne

Terrifying, supernatural beings stalk the night, threatening Zagor, Chico, and their new friends the Navajo chief Nakai and his wife Shumavi. These are the Yenalos, skinwalker demons: humans who transform into monstrous beasts. They serve Mawanah, the evil witch of the Sierra, who is determined to reclaim the Sacred Tablets.

Zagor is accused by the Navajo sakem, Askeh, of having murdered the shaman Chini. However, thanks to Shumavi’s spiritual gifts, the location of Mawanah’s lair is discovered. She is revealed to be the mastermind behind the plot and also Askeh’s mother. Zagor defeats the wicked Navajo leader and the Yenalos, then resists Mawanah’s hypnotic powers and kills her.
