Il teschio di fuoco

Zagor and Chico receive an ancient and mysterious book from Pierre, a Canadian trapper, which is stolen from them during the night by a malicious and monstrous dwarf. The two heroes then go to Pierre, only to find him killed by a strange spear. While pursuing the assassin, Zagor and Chico enter the magical realm of Golnor, a parallel dimension inhabited by various races (Riol, Trolls, and Parvol) where Good, represented by Galad, the last of the Riol, and Evil, embodied by the Black Lord, are in conflict.

Zagor allies with the hero Galad, who intends to defeat the Black Lord. The Black Lord wants to seize the Book of Time (the one sent by Pierre to Zagor) to dominate that world, using the magical arts of the evil wizard Mord. Helped by the friendly Panko, they kill a dragon and awaken the good wizard Elchin, who with his powers defeats Mord’s Evil Warriors, an army of monstrous skeletons, and even resurrects Zagor from death!

They assault the castle of darkness, Elchin kills Mord, Galad kills the Black Lord, and the Book of Time is destroyed. Zagor and Chico can return to their reality.
