Nathan Never is tasked by the government with recovering deadly bacteria stolen by Athos Than, a criminal who rules a small independent state, Dragon Island. Than intends to create, thanks to bacteria, a race of supermen subservient to his will. Nathan is sent to the island under the identity of Robert Clouse, a martial arts champion, enrolled in the jeet-kune-doo tournament that takes place there every two years... With the help of Dr. Terry Ying, Nathan, once on the island, discovers Athos Than's criminal plan.
