Kal Skotos kidnaps the passengers of a shuttle, Doctor Alan Byrne and the young June, and transports them to Hell's Island, an island which is forbidden to access due to a dangerous virus that has infected its inhabitants, turning them into mutant monsters. Nathan Never is tasked with freeing the two prisoners and bringing them back within forty-eight hours, before being infected himself. Agent Alfa manages to free Byrne and June, thanks to the alarm created among Skotos' men by a mysterious group of men in armor... Nathan Never manages to escape the men of the Shadow Brotherhood, thanks to the help of a community of "man-children" led by Bill and Sony.
