Il grande Houdini

Paris, 1871. A man observes in dismay the results of the bloody repression of the Commune's uprisings, after which he vanishes like a ghost. New York, 2006. An illusionist enthusiast shows up at number 3 Washington Mews, claiming to be aware of Harry Houdini's most incredible secret. It is the diary of an obscure eighteenth-century magician, who would influence the career of the legendary "escape artist". Through reading the diary, Martin Mystère finds himself involved in a series of events that began in fourteenth-century France, and which find their culmination in the present day, in the mysterious basis of "Elsewhere".
