Martin Mystère receives a visit from two strange masked individuals who ask him to investigate the mysterious disappearance of one of their companions: these are the "Real life Superheroes", absolutely ordinary people who love dressing up as super-heroes. An apparently harmless game which however risks resulting in tragedy following the killing of one of the group. Between fiction and reality, dream and concreteness, Martin's investigations will lead straight to the mysterious base of "Elsewhere", and from there... towards an "impossible" and enchanted land, fraught with dangers and populated by bizarre characters such as the Detective of the Impossible had never known!
