A policeman is normally supposed to uphold Law and Order, serve and protect. But when a cop like Chester De Witt sees the chance to get rich, it doesn't take long for him to turn into a criminal. Initially he makes an agreement with the robber of a jewelry store to divide the loot. Then, when he tries to place the stolen precious items on the market, he finds himself falling into a bloody spiral out of control, and not even hiding behind his uniform will be able to save him, if Julia and the Garden City police don't intervene in time!
