In the first part of the issue, the adventure written by Moreno Burattini and drawn by Bane Kerac comes to a close, after seeing Zagor and Altrove agent Chloe Storm work together to stop the ruthless Mister X. In the second part, a new enigma awaits the Spirit with the Hatchet. On the borders of Darkwood, a naturalistic expedition enters without permission a valley considered forbidden by the local native tribes. But who is hiding down there, and who is the mysterious girl who seems to control the “impossible” animals found there?
