Skylab is the scientific center in which the authorities have shut Professor Hellingen up, in the hopes of taking advantage of his genius. Perry reaches him, with Zagor, Chico and Icaro La Plume, whose latest flying machine is brought down by a mysterious blue body. But death reigns in Skylab: the members of the base have all been slaughtered and their bodies seem to be mummified!

With 421 pages this is now longest Zagor story surpassing Follia omicida (410 pages). Its also last Nolitta story on regular Zagor stories,he will write 3 more Cico specials before finally leaving Zagor.
