The Federation tasks Nathan with a delicate diplomatic mission in Wangascar, once again torn apart by civil war after a few years of peace. The objective is to obtain a ceasefire between President Kawobo's regular army and General Agbani's rebels, to create a humanitarian corridor for the population fleeing towards Buthuili. But someone tries to sabotage the Federation's mission, while a mysterious warrior fights against Agbani's troops. Only Nathan has guessed her identity: that woman is Athi, the goddess of war. And the director of Agenzia Alfa knows well that Athi knows only one way to achieve peace: destroy the enemy.
