La vita segreta delle parole

Thunderstorm over the desert. Brendon finds refuge at a crossroads, where he meets five other travelers, who have just met each other. Among these, Night Wittgestein stands out, a seller of words: she draws up documents for those who cannot write or writes letters for lovers, quoting the poems of the Old Era... and, if a customer spends more than seven queens, she gives him a word, a voice that will evoke a positive feeling in him, every time he thinks of it. Brendon and the others are a bit skeptical about these "powers", but spend a very pleasant evening with Night. For this reason, before leaving, the woman whispers a secret word to each of them. The next morning, everyone sets off on their own path... but, little by little, a nightmare begins for each of them that could lead to their destruction!
