Having learned that in a Bologna that has been transformed into an enormous muddy swamp, space ships are being built to leave the Earth, Ringo goes there with his three young adventure companions. But before the group of fugitives manages to discover where the illegal construction sites are located, they are captured by a tribe of wild boys who oppose the police... Ringo arrived late: the government destroyed all the ships and killed those who were working on them...
