After the adventure in Aspen, Mister No returns to New York, but discovers that the situation is not the most rosy. In the city, the boss Masulli reigns, linked to the corrupt Captain Williams, and life is hard for Jerry (also because his detective friend Phil Mulligan was killed by Masulli's men!). Ratso asks him to collaborate in his fake kidnapping, staged to extract money from his rich parent. But there's an unexpected twist...
