It all seemed over: Ned finally free from the Hell of the Ancients and the necromancer Aiwass swallowed up forever in another dimension. But Aiwass was reincarnated again and this time taking on the appearance of Magico Vento: they are two perfect clones, but opposed like Good and Evil. Aiwass arrives in Washington, seeking revenge and redemption. His bloody fury is unleashed, but everyone, starting with the secret services, blames his atrocities on Ned.
