Antonio Terenghi and Alfredo Castelli celebrate the 50th anniversary of Pedrito El Drito by creating a new exciting adventure of the sheriff with the long mustache and passion for good wine. Pedrito must face the threat of the evil Tony Terry who would like to oust him from his position as defender of law and order in Tapioka City to transform the city into an empire of crime. And to achieve this he is willing to weave an intricate web of deception to discredit Pedrito and trigger a war between two terrible Indian tribes, that of the Pierced Pistils and that of the Hallucinated Toes. But the evil ones plotting on Tapioka City have reckoned without Paquita who, for the love of her mustachioed husband, does not hesitate to take the field... and it will be trouble for everyone.
