A blind writer is killed with a razor to the throat. Nick and Marvin begin to investigate the dead man's past, but a new brutal murder, again against a blind man and with the same weapon, shifts the investigation onto another track. The two blind men knew each other and had met just over a month earlier with two other blind people. After finding the third of them dead, it becomes clear that something strange must have happened during that meeting. Nick rushes to the fourth blind...
