A task that will prove to be much more complex than expected, also because in the meantime the balance between the criminal gangs that manage the drug market in the East City appears increasingly fragile... The arrest of The Lord, the powerful boss of the second level of the East City, alters the balance of power between the emerging leaders and Rome, The Lord's wife, determined to maintain the supremacy of her organization. Nathan Never and Legs Weaver, in addition to this investigation, are committed to following the events of the kids in the special class, who in various ways are increasingly attracted by the opportunities that a life of crime seems to offer them... The fight between the criminal bosses becomes increasingly bitter, after an unexpected power vacuum has broken the balance between the various organizations. No rules are respected anymore, not even the most basic family relationships. And there are also the young people from the special class who pay the price: it will be hard for Nathan Never and Legs Weaver to keep the kids away from a blood-soaked destiny...
