Alice, the little girl that Nathan brought to safety during the devastation caused by the fall of Urania, makes friends with Randy, a strange character: the boy, orphaned and deformed, lives in the most degraded part of Sub City and dreams of one day becoming "the greatest illusionist in the world". Shortly after, little Alice suddenly disappears, forcing Special Agent Alpha to look for her, descending into the hell of the City, where he finds himself in the middle of a war without rules between gangs of drug traffickers and ruthless killers. Nathan, injured and without help, descends into the underground levels of the East City in search of Alice, while she, scared and far from home, desperately fights against the excruciating pain that paralyzes her legs. The chance meeting with Randy, the little girl's new friend, leads Nathan to discover a deadly trap set by an unsuspecting and famous magician, intent on taking possession of Randy's "treasure" by any means possible: a prodigious machine capable of creating spectacular and unprecedented illusionism games. But the surprises don't end there
