Professor Odaka has not abandoned his crazy plan to bring prehistory back to Earth; this time, with the complicity of Mister Alfa, he uses the mysterious pylons of Atlantis, machinery capable of creating a temporal anomaly. Nathan, Legs and Branko, with the help of the beast-woman Ran, go to the area where the pylons are in operation and come across Zemir, of the Venerable lineage... Nathan, Legs, Branko and Ran must try to stop Professor Odaka's crazy plans by destroying the pylons of Atlantis, ancient machinery with which the latter brought a vast territory back in time. However, complicating Odaka's plans and Nathan's mission are the Venerables, and our men will find themselves involved in a fratricidal war between the Sheir faction, which opposes a reckless use of progress, and that of the Terax.
