Yet, his habit of sending to Scotland Yard the videotapes that immortalize the torture inflicted on his victims could soon put an end to a brilliant career as a serial murderer! There is a tree in Charity's Nest Park, a tree planted in 1911 by a woman everyone said was a witch. Now, the Charity's Nest institution for "difficult" children is home to a descendant of the evil master of the dark arts. And a mysterious murderer has begun to claim victims among park goers... A wild night out, plenty of alcohol and a crazy car ride with friends. Then the accident, and one of the boys loses both hands. Hands that return to kill those responsible for that absurd accident...
