Dylan Dog goes on a journey to buy a new clarinet. On his way he will encounter the disturbing figure of Pulcinella who will act as Cicero in a labyrinthine, mournful journey. At the center of the story, a beautiful pregnant girl and her elderly father with precarious health conditions, but who cannot die before his daughter gives birth due to a satanic pact made in the family a long time ago.
