Ever since Roxy and Angela moved into their new apartment, life has become hell for the two sisters. A bloodthirsty killer is eliminating, one after the other, all the tenants of their own building, then making their remains disappear into the bowels of the building. Only they witnessed the crimes, but no one, apart from the tenant of Craven Road, seems willing to believe them.
