The Black Moon never dies and, indeed, insidiously continues to thrive in secret and gather followers in every city of New England. Adelphia, Tull, Gatlin and Darkland have sent the conspirators to the gallows, but the darkness does not stop and the Black Serpent that dwells in the body of the sorcerer Zeder continues to hiss words that praise a new Great Catastrophe! Zeder's power seems to have reached its peak and it won't be easy for Brendon to try to stop what he once considered a friend and who now embodies Evil himself!
