Corrado Roi

Corrado Roi (born February 11, 1958, in Laveno Mombello, in the province of Varese, where he still lives and works) joined, at just sixteen and along with other newcomers, the studio directed by Graziano Origa. He drew Rick Zero for Corno's title Adamo, and in the 1980s he collaborated with Ediperiodici, Il Monello, and the Staff di If. In the years that followed he also worked with the publishers Comic Art, Glamour, and Mondadori.

He came into contact with Sergio Bonelli Editore in 1986, drawing a few stories of Mister No and Martin Mystère before joining the staff of Dylan Dog on a permanent basis. It is with the Nightmare Investigator that the most important part of his Bonellian career developed, though notable exceptions include the miniseries UT, which he himself conceived, and the comics adaptation of the Apocalypse of John, scripted by Alfredo Castelli.
