It presents the adventures of the journalist Frisco Bill and his supporting characters Zazzera and Pillacchera. The mailing column is edited by the same author, Franco Baglioni, and at the same time there is a prize competition with weekly extraction of a soccer ball and eleven jerseys.

Among the aspects of this series that immediately strike the reader, special mention must be made of the freshness of Zamperoni's illustrations (rendered three-dimensional by the use of screens), but fans were left disappointed by the closure of the series for unknown reasons, right in the heat of the story therefore leaving the last story incomplete.
