Tex and the Navajo Tiuba, a friend of Billy Stanton (the half-breed who was killed by his half-brother Sam due to inheritance disputes) investigate the Doppia S Ranch, where Sam has just killed his father during an argument! The lack of evidence against the degenerate son forces the pards to move away, hunted by a swarm of thugs! Under the Comanche moon, a tragedy takes place: Tiuba chills the vile Sam, but he in turn is sent to the celestial prairies. Some time later, having arrived in Silver Pine to help the authorities, Tex discovers that the sheriff has been eliminated by a group of local lords.
