Slaves in San Francisco: this is the fate of the poor Chinese girls who, taken from their native villages, are sold across the ocean to the highest bidder. Whoever investigates the dirty traffic risks ending up strangled with a black silk string! The tong is headed by the enchantress Ah-Toy - better known as the Daughter of the Dragon - and two of her shady accomplices: the gloomy councilor Lao Tan, known as the Black Claw, and the slimy gambling dealer Wong Ha Gum. But, with Tex in the city, the evil parade immediately begins for the Chinese criminals: having failed in a first attempt to send the four pards to the cemetery, Wong witnesses the destruction of his gambling hall.
