When the villain discovers who Tonkawa is, he warns the Navajos to lure Willer into the village, kill him and unleash the army! But the frail Little Coyote knows everything and leaves with Fiore di Luna to warn Kit, who is busy hunting down his father!

In Arizona, Tiger Jack falls into the hands of Simon Gentry's arms dealers! During the assault on the gang's hideout, Kit Willer, hit in the head, falls into the Little Colorado and is dragged away by the current. Gentry escapes and Tex sends the scoundrel who shot Kit to hell. Piccolo Falco's searches are of no avail and Tex swears revenge on Lilyth's grave! But Kit was rescued by Fiore di Luna, the beautiful daughter of the Ute sakem Flat Nose, and renamed Tonkawa, which means "brought by the waters". Tex's son is therefore alive, but with no memory of his past!
