L'uomo con la frusta

Brooke and Cantrell, two shady speculators from Tucson, ally themselves with the governor of the state of Chihuahua Zamora and his henchman, the sad Colonel Olivera, to get rid of Tex, promising them weapons to conquer Sonora. With a false message from Montales, Willer is lured into a trap, accused of espionage and murder, and thrown in prison! The final objective of the conspirators (including the vengeful general Velasco, mastermind of an old failed plot) is to push Montales to help his friend escape and then be able to eliminate him with all the trappings of the law!
