Billy Bilder's father is dead and behind it is the hand of Maxwell, supervisor of the Esmeralda Ranch, who dreams of making a farm of his own on the backs of others. Tex and Carson take Bilder's side: dumped by his mistress and her minions, Maxwell falls into hell after a duel with Willer! Meanwhile, Sonora is bloodied by bands of ferocious guerrillas under the orders of El Rey, a scoundrel who lives holed up on Tiburón Island.
