Harry Macomber, an old friend of Tex and Carson, is truly a lucky man. In truth, not even he is able to imagine how much. Yet, it is precisely this luck that is the source of the troubles that are about to befall him and his family. Perhaps, however, the fact that the two rangers find themselves visiting the Macomber ranch just when the nearby mine begins to pollute the waters of its pastures is also a circumstance to be blamed on Lady Luck... The fight between the Macombers and the mine managers escalates. Nothing is left unturned by greedy speculators to get their hands on Harry Macomber's ranch. Betrayals, deceptions, kidnappings... even the rivalry between the two sons of Tex's old friend is cleverly exploited. But, in the end, our Tex and Carson will get the better of their many enemies and, in the spirit of the best tradition, the love between Steve Macomber and the attractive Katleen, one of the attractions of the local saloon, will triumph...
