Something terrible happened many years ago in distant Borneo, unleashing a murderous madness in the West of Tex: the investigation into the demonic head-cutter ends with a twist! Some time later, the pards are tasked by the Rangers command to investigate Texas City: the Mexican Don Manuel Espinosa has plunged the country into violence and intends to control all the saloons. Tex, in disguise, presents himself as a competitor of the local boss, unleashing the ire of the ruthless Wang and the Chinese Black Dragon sect to which Espinosa is affiliated.
