With no more thugs to send into the fray and now framed by numerous trials, the ruthless Indian agent Billing escapes on a sleigh on a frozen river, but the ice breaks and the scoundrel ends up in the cold waters below! Some time later, investigating certain mysterious disappearances of Indian women in the Keibab Mountains, Tex and Tiger Jack save the young Hanaba from the rapids into which the Hualpai had thrown her, during an arcane sacrificial rite. With a ruse, Tex penetrates the camp of the bloodthirsty Indians and frees the other captive girls.
