The arms dealers Carter and Truscott escape by boat along the waters of the Pecos with the hold full of rifles. But Tex and Carson, having escaped their latest trap, board the boat with the help of the herculean sheriff of Nolan Point. Before ending up in the hands of the army, the scoundrels have no choice but to take a bath in the river. Two months later, the pards go to Gallup for supplies together with a large group of Navajos: the sinister gang leader Jed Dugan does not escape that Aquila della Notte and his men pay for the goods with pure gold.
