In the streets of San Francisco, among the dark alleys of the most infamous neighborhoods, opium trafficking is becoming increasingly intense. It is the Frisco police chief, Tom Devlin, who once again calls Tex and Carson to the rescue and the two pards immediately set out on the trail of the drug dealers, to try to trace the source of the drug distribution.
