Little Bighorn

Even in death, Custer continues to be dangerous to the red people. Yes, because the admiration enjoyed by his memory shows no signs of diminishing, and there are always some hotheads willing to use him to rekindle hatred against the Indians... For this reason, General Davis asks Tex and Carson to meet Thomas Farrell, a journalist determined to write a rigorous biography of the vainglorious "Long Hair", so that a more truthful and less celebratory portrait can emerge. And so Tex begins to talk about when he and Carson joined Custer on an expedition to the Black Hills and how they discovered that new winds of war were about to blow over the region... Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse lead the army of the red people, and when Custer realizes that he has made a fatal mistake in not waiting for the columns of Gibbon and Captain Benteen, it is too late.
