The charming Mavis Kimbaugh, sister and accomplice of the bandit Ned, is the owner of a gambling den in Rock Springs, the Lady Luck. Captain Taylor, madly in love with Mavis, betrays the army for his beautiful eyes, spilling the beans on the soldiers' movements to the sorceress' brother or misleading the patrols, so that the scoundrel can empty all the banks he wants in peace. The pards, lined up in full force, dismantle the infamous plot and demonstrate the innocence of the quarrelsome Pat Mac Ryan, who accidentally ended up victim of the shady machinations of the Kimbaughs!
