Nobody undermines the power of the dictator Galvez, the absolute master of Estrella Verde, except a small group of poorly armed "revolucionarios"; and they will be the ones to hit the presidential car with a rocket. Pilar the "bruja", the witch lover of the President, can do what the most renowned surgeons of St. Martin, the prestigious London clinic where Galvez is hospitalised, were unable to do and brings him back from the black path of death.
