Janet is a stripper at the Blue Cat, the best and most loved by the public, but the bad luck that has always haunted her doesn't seem to want to leave her a chance, reserving a squalid death for her in a poorly lit car park. Who took the trouble to rob Janet of any chance of redemption by shooting her twice at point-blank range? There is no shortage of suspects, yet as they proceed with their investigations, Nick and Marvin seem less and less convinced that they are following the right trail!
