A killer is eliminating, one by one, the wives of some vice agents. The investigation, which would be the responsibility of Nick Raider, is however entrusted to the Internal Affairs Section. Lieutenant Art Rayan rebels and gets his boys to investigate too. In fact, Nick and Marvin have already discovered a singular coincidence: the three victims were all married to agents named Michael. Presumably, the killer acts to take revenge on an agent whose first name he knows only... The assassin who has already killed three women, wives of as many agents, has his hours numbered. Nick and Marvin are on his trail. As the investigation progresses, the terrible secrets that pushed the murderer, a former mercenary, to carry out his bloody revenge come to light: his young and beloved sister had been raped and killed by a group of vice officers...
