To eliminate Greed, a dangerous turncoat, the Zarro family sends a couple of hitmen to the house where he is kept under surveillance. The killers eliminate the agents keeping an eye on Greed, but he manages to escape and disappear. Learning of the massacre, Nick goes to the house of Don Zarro, with whom in the past he had collaborated to capture an emerging godfather. Here he discovers that the boss, old and sick, is about to pass the baton to his inept nephew Mike: even if the old man doesn't admit it, in all likelihood it was his heir who ordered Greed's elimination...
