A group of eco-terrorists, led by the telepath Miriam and equipped with highly advanced technology kept in their secret base, plan to destroy an ocean platform of the Marine Plant. Agenzia Alfa is tasked with foiling the plan and Andy Havilland is infiltrated among the ranks of the criminals. When Andy is discovered and captured, the terrorists propose a prisoner exchange.
