The young Maria Connor witnesses a murder, in which her boyfriend, also an involuntary witness to the crime, also loses his life. The girl, however, no longer remembers anything of what happened and, when the case passes to Agenzia Alfa, to be entrusted to Nathan Never and Legs, Sigmund realizes that not a simple shock, but rather an interference produced by an artificial graft in the girl's brain, is the cause of her amnesia. Maria's father is a famous scientist and perhaps he was responsible for the strange operation on the young girl's brain.
