The Alpha agents, aided by the amateur meteorologist Sonia Merida, begin to investigate to discover the secret plans of the powerful Skotos, who, thanks to the control of the weather, now seems ready to unleash a real "universal flood" on Earth to erase all forms of life and thus hand the planet over to its formidable technodroids. Meanwhile, in Skotos' palace, experiments are proceeding on Neos, the first natural technodroid, who, now a teenager, is starting to become familiar with his powers... Finally, Skotos' plan is clear... clear and monstrous! The crazy preacher, in fact, wants to upset the entire climatic balance of the planet so that, from its ruins, a new world is born, as terrible as its creator. A world in which there is no place for the mutants of Hell's Island, on whose territory he has unleashed the hordes of his technodroids. Nathan, Branko, May and Legs break into his palace to arrest him, but the large rooms are deserted. Aristotle Skotos managed to take refuge in a secret place from which to start his Apocalypse project. But he will have to deal with an unexpected event: Neos, the technodroid boy, is not as controllable as the preacher hoped... The "Universal Flood" unleashed by the ionic satellites of the mad preacher Aristotle Skotos is now producing its devastating effects on the entire planet, and nothing seems to be able to stop it. Huge rains scourge the Earth, terrible tidal waves shake the abyss and hit the coasts, entire atolls are swallowed up in the short space of an instant by the seething sea. Nathan and his companions have not yet managed to find Skotos' elusive hideout when, in a desperate race against time that now seems irretrievably lost, completely unexpected help puts our men in a position to renew their efforts.
