Being a guide to two American tourists on the Rio Amazonas may not be a completely relaxing job, especially if the guide is Mister No and, as usual, a lot of trouble happens to him! The trouble, in this case, is represented by a castaway that Jerry and his clients pick up on the river, tied to a log. What is that man really hiding? Who wanted him dead and why are the police looking for him? The flooded forest, not far from the river town of Itacoatiara, is the secret hideout of "Piranha" Mendez. There, according to the police, the pirate is keeping an American tourist segregated, but trying to track him down could turn into a deadly trap. Especially when Mister No discovers the dirty interests that lie beneath a story that still has too many dark sides...
