A group of marines arrives in Manaus, with orders to enter the jungle for secret exercises. But their guide, Rosario Silva, dies in a mysterious way. Sergeant Oliveira doesn't see clearly and suggests to Mister No and Esse-Esse that they accompany the marines. The German accepts, but then there is no trace of him... Mister No goes into the heart of the jungle in search of Esse-Esse. And here he clashes with half an army of marines ready for anything.
