Three men gifted with extra-sensory faculties (Revok, Hockney and Glaeken) escape from an institution where they were kept under strict surveillance and go to the Amazon. One of them, Glaeken, hires Mister No to take him to a ghostly house in the jungle, Villa Cabral, the scene, years earlier, of one of his most extraordinary adventures... The Man with the Third Eye - as the natives have nicknamed him - is called Daryl Revok and, with his Esp faculties, he has subjugated a tribe of Makú Indians. Mister No and Glaeken must absolutely stop him: if he takes possession of the Yehalla, the Spirit of Vengeance, Revok will become like a god and terror will reign over the whole world!
